Tots Yoga Guide

After the workshop you will receive an information guide about what we have covered. This will help you to transfer your practise from the studio to your home.

What if my Tot just wants to play?..

That is fine, fine, fine!! The Little Lotus Tots session is really about exploring how you can adapt baby massage and baby yoga to suite your on the move little explorer. During the session you will learn massage strokes and yoga routines as well as some sensory games and songs that you can adapt to suite your little one at home. Each child is an individual and will have a time of the day, a place in their home that they prefer to explore massage and yoga. This workshop is very much about taking your learning home, finding out about your Tots preferences and adapting to suite them. I have found with my own Tot that I am making lots of little adjustments all the time to suite his needs…….. this keeps me on my toes and also means the routines never get boring. Please talk to me further if you are worried.

Access to Little Lotus Mammas & Papas Club

Signing up to a Little Lotus Baby course means that you are able to join the Little Lotus Mamas & Papas Club. Giving you access to a private Facebook support group and you will receive invites to sign up to Mummy and Baby coffee morning sessions at the Little Lotus Studio (coming soon).
