This workshop is super fun for the children and packed full of info for parents. You will leave with lots of ideas and things that you can incorporate into your bedtime routine or into a day that needs a little extra CALM. . The classes have been designed with love, to encourage parents and infants to explore and engage with Yoga, fun and relaxation together. They are aimed at children from 2.5 years - 4/5 years.

9:30 - Arrive & explore Yoga Breathing Activity

9:40 - 9:45 Yoga Game/activity before bath time

9:45 - 9:55 - Yoga Story Bed Time Story

9:55 - 10:00 - Yoga Bed Time Nursery Rhyme

10:00 - 10:05 - Relaxation/mini massage

10:05 - 10:15 - Bedtime themed craft

10:15 - 10:30 - Snack, chat, play

The Venue

Little Lotus Baby Studio has be designed and built especially to enhance the calm and loving vibe that yoga can generate. It is comfy and very inviting to young children.

The Concept Of The Little Lotus Baby Workshops

I have loved teaching the 3 week blocks of classes at Indee Yoga Studio. However with Fathers Day, Half Terms and Holidays coming up it wasnt viable to carry on the Sunday block classes. PLUS I LOVE teaching a smaller group. There are only 4 PLACES!

These Workshops are for parent and child to attend together. The children will get to explore, experience and interact with yoga. Whilst spending some special time with their Mama or Papa. Parents will be able to absorb all that we explore ready to use the yoga techniques at home to help nurture their family and bring calmness when needed.
