Within this workshop we will explore some Breathing games, a story yoga adventure, yoga games and a creative craft that will either introduce or enhance relaxation within your family.

The Yoga story adventure has been carefully planned so as to incorporate Yoga Asanas to promote relaxation within the body & mind. I have used the science behind our bodies sensory systems to create a wonderful session.

After the workshop you will receive detailed information about what we covered so that you are able to transfer your experience and learning from the studio to your home.
