The Yoga story adventure has been carefully planned so as to incorporate Yoga Asanas to promote relaxation within the body & mind. I have used the science behind our bodies sensory systems to create a wonderful session for you to explore together.

After the workshop you will receive detailed information about what we covered so that you are able to transfer your experience and learning from the studio to your home.
